We can not be responsible for their actions or omissions, for the same reason we can not assume responsibility for injuries, loss, accidents, damage, delays, inconveniences or any other type of irregularity that can be caused by defects of any vehicle, or through situations of omission, carelessness or negligence of any company or person contracted by the same, to fulfill or carry out any type of service or part of service required and presented in this site, resulting by any acts of vandalism, strikes, war, government actions, climatic conditions, acts of God or what ever type of factor that implies additional cost that are originated by delays, changes in itineraries or other causes.
