In Chile, it is possible to buy a huge
variety of products in all kinds of stores. In the bigger cities it is
typical to find big malls and shopping centers, but it is also possible
to find smaller and more specialized stores. Across the country you can
observe different artistic and cultural traditions and as a result, crafts
change from one area to another, integrating specific characteristics
from each place. These can be purchased in small shops and stores in each
town.
For camping, climbing and other outdoor sports, there are specialized
shops in Santiago, as well as in the main centers where the sports or
activities are practiced.
